I am very pleased indeed to greet exporters of Pakistan and the United States attending a joint Pakistan and American Exports Exhibition in New Jersey taking place May 18th through the 21st 2006. This kind of initiative is bound to give a lift to trade between the two countries. 

I cannot think of anything better to promote understanding and cooperation between the two groups. I understand that in the proposed exhibition Pakistani exporters will display the products they export to the United States while American exporters will put on a show of what they export to Pakistan. 

There is considerable imbalance at present between the quantum and variety of exports by the two sides. I am confident that Pak-US Expo Inc. will enable more and more Pakistani products to find a market in the USA and encourage our products and exporters to excel themselves. It is equally important that the two participants will find the exhibition a source of mutual advantage and strengthen their existing ties. 

By all counts, this joint exhibition should be a grand affair, and a very successful affair. I send my best wishes to the organizers Pak-US Expo Inc.
