T he Garden State Exhibit Center has a total of 62,000 square feet plus a fully carpeted 7,500 square foot lobby and registration foyer. The center itself has a concrete floor with unlimited load capacity.

The center has a ceiling height of 20 feet to open beam and a capacity of 440 8x10 foot booths or 320 10x10 foot booths. 

The center has loading docks with 4 truck bays with 8x8 overhead doors and levelers, with 1 14x16 foot drive-in entrance. 

The Center is equipped with a sprinkler system and a state of the art B&H electronic fire notification system. HVAC is 100% zoned to insure maximum comfort. 

The Garden State Exhibit Center is situated in Somerset, New Jersey, in the heart of one of the nation’s fastest growing and most affluent geographic regions (click on the map to see an enlarged view). Some 25 million people conduct business or reside in the greater New York Metropolitan statistical area, of which Somerset is a part. Somerset, Middlesex, and Hunterdon counties are centrally located in New Jersey, midway between New York and Philadelphia. The Center is convenient to Eastern Pennsylvania, Southern New York State, including Staten Island, Long Island and Westchester.

The complex is located within a 45-minute drive of Manhattan, Bergen and Hudson Counties, with Princeton and Trenton 45 minutes south. Within a three hour drive are the major population centers of Connecticut, Maryland, Delaware, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and Virginia. Also within the three hour drive is the United States Capital of Washington DC.
